Kwara SUBEB Screening/Documentation 2025
The Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has announced the documentation exercise for successful applicants in the 2024/2025 teacher recruitment programme. Candidates who received text messages are required to report with their essential documents at the SUBEB Office in Ilorin. The exercise is scheduled to commence on Monday, 6th January 2025.

Conditions for Kwara SUBEB Appointment
The appointment is subject to the following conditions:
- Applicants are required to submit a medical certificate issued by a government medical officer. This ensures the candidates are physically fit for the role.
- Candidates must confirm they have not been previously dismissed from any government or government-related establishment.
- On assumption of duty, candidates must provide the following: Two recent passport photographs, Original and photocopies of credentials, including birth certificates or declarations of age, for verification and record purposes.
- The appointment is provisional for the first two years. After this probationary period, confirmation will depend on satisfactory performance and good conduct.
- Either the board or the employee may terminate the appointment. This requires written notice of one or three months, depending on the grade level, or payment of equivalent salaries in lieu of notice.
- Appointees must be ready to serve within their assigned local government area for the first five years. Transfers will not be entertained during this period. Candidates will also sign a bond during the documentation exercise.
- Successful applicants must register with the TRCN and submit evidence of registration within six months of the appointment.
- Candidates must submit a written acceptance letter within 30 days of receiving the offer. This letter should include an undertaking to adhere to the rules and regulations guiding the appointment. Any form of falsification will result in immediate disqualification.
