The 25th NAPRAS and 13th NBIS Annual scientific conference and general meeting will hold this year at the city of Calabar in Cross Rivers state, Nigeria. The conference is an annual gathering of all Nigerian plastic and aesthetic surgeons practising in Nigeria and outside the country.

Calabar is the Capital of Cross River State located in the South-South region of Nigeria. She once served as the first Capital of Nigeria and is noted as one of the neatest, safest and greenest eco-system in the African sub-region. This beautiful city is known for its cleanliness and hospitality. Calabar is located at 4.96 degree latitude and 8.33 degree longitude and at an elevation of 98 meters above sea level. It operates on the WAT time zone.
The City lies along the Calabar river, 5 miles (8 Kilometers) upstream from the river entrance into the Cross River estuary.
