FIRS Recruitment Requirements for 2025

To be eligible, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a Nigerian with a valid form of identification.
• Applicant must be 27 years or younger.
• Candidate must have completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• Must have at least 5 passes in SSCE, GCE, NECO, or equivalent, including English and Mathematics in at least two sittings.
• Applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or HND with a First Class or Second Class Upper Division in any of the following disciplines:
• Possess a relevant Master’s degrees in a relevant course (an added advantage depending on the position).
• Possess professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, COREN, NSE), which will be an added advantage.
• Applicant must be medically fit.
• Women, minorities, and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.

How to Apply for FIRS Recruitment in 2025

Applications must be submitted online via the official FIRS recruitment portal: https://careers.firs.gov.ng. Applicants will need to upload their academic certificates (Bachelor’s Degree or HND), NYSC discharge certificate, professional certifications, and a recent passport photograph.
